Anu Malik, PCCI | Primary Therapist

Anu has spent the last few years gaining exposure to the child, adolescent, and adult populations through various levels of care (residential programs, partial hospitalization programs, mental health clinics, primary care settings, and a healthcare center) that are located in diverse communities of Massachusetts. She specializes in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, dual diagnoses, as well as depressive and anxiety disorders. Anu is skilled at utilizing therapeutic modalities which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Anu obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Suffolk University and her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from William James College in Newton, MA. .


Samantha Young, M.Ed., LPCC | Primary Therapist

Samantha has over twelve years of experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, eating disorders, dissociative disorders, relationship issues, substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders. Her training includes EMDR, hypnosis, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other trauma-resolution therapies.

Kristin King, CATC | Addictions Counselor

Kristin is a certified addiction specialist, working in the field for over a decade. She has prior experience in inpatient and outpatient settings and specializes in relapse prevention. Kristen believes in the importance of treating the issues at the core of addiction, while working with clients to understand the function of their symptoms.

Kristin works thoughtfully with each client to build both internal and external supports, to decrease isolation, and to meet each client where they are, in the process of recovery.
