Enjoy both Parts 1 and 2 of the recent HPM LIVE CAST WEBINARS, focusing next on tools therapists can use to change a client’s attachment patterns towards earned secure attachment. Frequently, therapy clients present with an inability to experience a full emotional response, including the capacity to love and experience a connection with others. Other clients may get close and then discover that they find ways to disconnect or lose their passion. This educational, two-part livecast webinar, “A Conceptual Framework for the Understanding and Treatment of Intimacy Disorders,” will identify the pathways to adult attachment difficulties and describe techniques to facilitate the capability for greater intimacy, working toward earned secure attachment. Dr. Mark Schwartz and Lori Galperin, LCSW are clinical directors of Harmony Place Monterey.
