Jessica has worked in the field of behavioral health and addiction treatment for over 20 years. She has experience in both primary mental health and dual-diagnosis settings, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skill to her role as our Director of Admissions and Business Development. Jessica also has extensive experience and understanding of the utilization review process and is a valuable resource when it comes to navigating insurance as it relates to treatment.

Jessica began her career handling admissions calls from across the country, which sharpened her ability to identify appropriate treatment resources and navigate access to care at all levels. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles in both facility-based admissions departments and high-volume centralized call centers. Her positions have included Training Manager, Team Lead, Senior Admissions Representative, Business Development Director, and more, at nationally recognized organizations such as CRC Health Group and Elements Behavioral Health.

Through this broad experience, Jessica has built strong relationships with the treatment community and healthcare providers across the Bay Area, making her a trusted and knowledgeable resource for individuals and families in need of support.

A San Jose resident for over 30 years, Jessica has deep roots in the local recovery community. Her understanding of treatment and recovery is both professional and personal, shaped by lived experience and a compassionate awareness of how addiction and mental health challenges affect  both individuals and families.
