 Issues We Treat…

Treatment that Works

Our expert, highly attuned staff is 30-plus years experienced in working successfully with fundamental issues, including:

  • Eating Disorders
  • Trauma
  • Bi-polar Disorder
  • Chemical Dependency
  • Sex Addiction
  • Impulsive/Compulsive Behavior
  • Chronic Relapse
  • Sober Living

Harmony Place Monterey specializes in moving you or your loved ones beyond addictive behaviors and/or mental health issues once and for all. It’s not just about stopping an outward behavior. Treatment at Harmony Place Monterey is about getting to the source, getting to the reason the addictive behavior, the depression, the bi-polar disorder or the anxiety came to become so integral, so necessary, so debilitating in the first place.

Harmony Place Monterey is particularly recognized for working with those individuals who have already gone through one or more treatment programs that did not result in effective long-term progress and relief, for one reason or another. This is not as uncommon as you may think. Treatment that does not get to the get to the core of the developmental contributions to the symptoms will not work.

Treatment that does not address the pain that’s trying to be resolved through addictive behaviors or mental health problems, will not result in alleviating the issues over time. It takes expert experience and years of know-how to provide treatment that is focused on the deep work that’s necessary and the deep recovery that follows.
