Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Cal State Long Beach and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sonoma State University. Victoria has experience working with youth in the foster-care system and children, families, and adults in outpatient settings. She completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has an interest in Attachment-Based Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.
Victoria has experience treating individuals with PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. In her practice, Victoria strives to foster a safe, warm, and supportive environment for clients to explore their internal experiences and embark on their journey towards healing.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys hiking, relaxing at the beach, gardening, and practicing yoga.
