Hailie Traylor, M.Ed., APCC started at Harmony Place Monterey in January of 2023. Prior to her work at Harmony, Hailie was a clinician at the Schiele Clinic of the St. Louis Psychoanalytic institute. Hallie has a background working in crisis management and in residential eating-disorders settings. Hailie has a longstanding interest and involvement in the field of eating disorders. Current concentrations include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Affective-experiential Dynamic therapy, and exploration of the role of attachment in eating-disorder treatment. She has been trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and EMDR.

In her practice, Hailie is intuitive, empathic, and sees herself as a fellow traveler with clients. When not at work, you can find her surfing, clambering around in search of shells, or reading a quality book.
