Dona Soares brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, with a strong background in both patient-care coordination and social services across Santa Cruz County. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services from California State University, Monterey Bay, where she developed a multidisciplinary foundation in health systems, public policy, and human services.

In her current role as a Utilization Review Specialist, Dona serves as a vital liaison between our clinical team and insurance providers. ensuring timely and accurate communication that supports continuity of care and advocacy for client needs. 

Dona is also committed to fostering a seamless and supportive environment for both clients and staff through her cross-functional contributions to the administrative team’s daily operations.
